The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) will hold another public hearing on the proposed regulations for the state medical marijuana program on Monday December 6, 2010. Yesterday DHSS said that helocation has been moved to the the New Jersey War Memorial building in Trenton. The hearing begins at 10:00AM.
Patients and advocates who will testify at the hearing are planning a press conference on the War Memorial front steps at 12 noon.
