Battle Creek City Ordinances

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - City leaders in Battle Creek are preparing to tackle the medical marijuana issue.

In July, the City Commission put a six month moratorium on medical marijuana businesses while city leaders sorted through the details.

Tonight, city leaders will discuss proposals for how medical marijuana can be grown and distributed.

The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m Tuesday night at City Hall.
